中、低品位胶磷矿双反浮浮选研究

摘　　要：通过研究矿石性质,采用新药剂以及双反浮工艺处理胶磷矿,获得了满意的指标:原矿P2O5品位24.36%,MgO含量4.21%,综合精矿P2O5品位32.96%、回收率91.80%,含MgO0.87%、R2O32.37%。New collectors and two -stage reverse flotation technology were adopted to process collophanite ore according to the ore properties, and satisfactory results has been obtained. By the process, the P20s content of concentrates goes up to 32.96% from 24. 36% of run - of - mine with a recovery of 91.80%, and the MgO and R203 content of concentrates goes down to O. 87% （from 4.21% ） and 2.37%.
