摘  要:采用种子乳液聚合工艺,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)、丙烯酸(AA)共聚改性含氟树脂,合成了核-壳结构的改性含氟树脂皮革填充剂。讨论了NMA、AA用量对改性树脂涂膜热性能、物理性能等的影响,并利用透射电镜(TEM)、差热分析仪(DSC)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)进行了表征。结果表明,NMA、AA用量不宜超过超过1.5%、2%。Modified fluorine- containing latex as filling agent of leather with core-shell structure was synthesized by seeded emulsion polymerization technology. NMA and AA were selected as the modifying agents. Effect of the content of NMA and AA on the property of fluorine-containing polymer film was discussed. The TEM, GPC and DSC were used to analyze the major properties and characters of resin. The results of investigation were showed that the proper contents of NMA and AA were less than 1.5% and 2 %.
