摘　　要：近年来,随着我国城市化与工业化进程的加快,大量土地被征用,并产生了为数众多的失地农民。失地农民失业,缺乏社会保障,他们的生存状况如何,直接关系到改革、发展、稳定的大局;针对这一问题在实地调查的基础上对失地农民的再就业问题进行分析,并就失地农民的出路提出一些对策。In recent years, a great deal of collective land was expropriated and large number of farmers lost their land in the suburbs in the process of urbanization. These peasantry of losing land not only lack of employment in city＇ s industry and service department, but also lack of social security. At present, their living will directly influence the reform, development and stabilization of our country. This paper aims at the problem ,analyses the problems of farmers＇ reemployment at the base of investigation, and also puts forward some countermeasures to this problem.
