摘　　要：决策支持系统作为决策分析人员的决策支持工具,究竟能发挥多少作用,是和本文提出的决策分析人员自主和代理因素密切相关的,而其自主和代理行为的认知集成模型则确定了一项决策分析任务在决策分析人员和决策支持系统之间的分配.这对于开发决策分析人员适用的决策支持系统富有系统的启迪.As a decision support tool used for decision analysts,how well does a decision sup- port system take the role? which depends on the factors affecting the self-action and a- gency of decision analysts.In this paper,we proposed a cognitive integrated model for the self-action and agency of decision analysts,which would give a reasonable allocation of tasks between analysts and decision support systems and make it possible to develop the decision support systems suited for decision analysts.
