乳康平颗粒冲剂治疗乳腺增生病45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索一种对乳腺增生病疗效高、副作用小,能标本兼治的理想方药。方法:将临床诊断为乳腺增生病,辨证属于肝郁痰凝或冲任失调型的患者90例,用随机数字表法随机分为2组,治疗组45例用乳康平颗粒冲剂,对照组45例用乳癖安消胶囊。结果:治疗组总有效率为93．3％,其中肝郁痰凝型总有效率为91．7％,冲任失调型总有效率为95．2％。对照组总有效率为82．2％,其中肝郁痰凝型总有效率为90．9％,冲任失调型总有效率为73．9％。结论:乳康平颗粒冲剂是一种治疗乳腺增生病标本兼治的理想方药。Objective: To explore an ideal prescription with high effectiveness and less side -effect for the simultaneous treatment of the symptoms and root cause of mazoplasia. Methods: 90 mazoplasia patients (type of stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm or type of disturbance of the Chong and Ren Meridians) were divided into one test group with 45 patients and one control group with 45 patients at random sample separately. The test group was treated with Rukangping granule while the control group was given Rupianxiao capsule. Results: The rate of total effectiveness of the test group was 93.3% , among which the treatment of the patients with the type of stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm was 91.7% while that of the patients with the type of disturbance of the Chong and Ren Meridians was 95.5%. The rate of total effectiveness of the control group was 82.2% , among which the treatment of the patients with the type of stagnation of liver -qi and phlegm was 90. 9% while that of the patients with the type of disturbance of the Chong and Ren Meridians was 73. 9%. Conclusion: Rukangping granule is an ideal prescription for the simultaneous treatment of the symptoms and root cause of mazoplasia.
