舒络胶囊对局灶性脑缺血大鼠的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒络胶囊对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响。方法:采用电凝大鼠一侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血(MCAO),观察舒络胶囊对模型大鼠行为、脑梗塞范围、脑含水量、脑指数、脑组织SOD、MDA、NOS活性的影响。结果:舒络胶囊能降低MCAO大鼠脑梗塞率、脑指数、脑含水量;降低NOS活性、提高SOD活性、降低MDA含量。结论:舒络胶囊对局灶性脑缺血有一定的保护作用。Objective: To study the effect of Shuluo capsule on focal cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: The focal cerebral ischemia was caused by electric coagulation of the right cerebral middle artery of the rats. The effect of Shuluo capsule on the behavior, cerebral infraction, cerebral hydrous quantity, cerebral index, cerebral tissue and activities of SOD, NDA and NOS of the model rats was observed and measured. Results: Shuluo capsule lowered the rate of the cerebral infraction, the cerebral index, the cerebral hydrous quantity, raised the activity of SOD and reduced the activity of NOS and the content of MDA. Conclusion: Shuluo capsule has an obvious protective effect on the focal cerebral ischemia.
