摘　　要：目的研究结核分枝杆菌重组EIS蛋白的抗原性,观察抗结核化疗对抗EIS抗体滴度影响,初步探讨EIS蛋白作为血清诊断抗原在筛选活动性肺结核作用的可能性。方法采用基因工程方法表达纯化EIS抗原,以EIS为抗原建立酶联免疫方法,检测肺结核病人和健康对照者中抗EIS抗体的存在情况。对初次化疗的肺结核病人进行抗EIS抗体水平的随访,观察化疗对抗体反应的影响。结果肺结核病人抗EIS抗体的水平显著高于健康对照和肺部非肺结核疾病对照(P<0.000 1),结核化疗对抗体反应的影响不大,在整个化疗过程中抗体水平无显著差别。结论EIS抗体的检测可能有助于活动性肺结核的筛选。Objective To study the immunogenecity of recombinant EIS protein, a novel antigen encoded by enhanced intracellular survival gene of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and its possible application to screen the active tuberculosis. Methods The purified recombinant EIS protein was used as antigen to detect the antibody responses in the sera from the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, healthy donors and patients with lung disease other than tuberculosis by ELISA. Results ： The level of antibody responses was significant higher in the sera from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis than that from healthy donors and patients with non-tuberculosis lung disease.The titer of anti-EIS antibody in the sera from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had not significant changed during the anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy. Conclusion EIS antigen may be a useful antigen for screening the active tuberculosis.
