摘　　要：目的探讨雪卡毒素中毒的临床特征.方法收集分析39例食用苏眉鱼而致雪卡毒素中毒患者的临床资料.结果患者在食入苏眉鱼后2～10 h出现神经、消化、心血管系统症状,神经系统症状持续1～2周,并以温度感觉倒错最具有特征性.结论雪卡毒素中毒患者,可根据其临床特殊的神经系统特点得到确诊.Objective To study, the clinical feature of ciguatera fish poisoning. Methods Thirty-nine patients with ciguatera fish poisoning were observed. Results The clinical symlptoms of ciguatera poisoning usually began to appear 2- 10 hours after eating a poisonous fish and could be classified into three broad groups：neurological, gastrointestinal cardiovascular symptoms. Gastrointestinal symptoms were the most common complaint. Neurological symptoms generally stayed for 1 - 2 weeks. The clinical picture was characterized by temperature reversal. Conclusion Ciguatera poisoning can be differentiated by unique features affecting the neurological system.
