摘 要:提出将带旁路电感的三相接地系统桥式短路故障限流器中的半控开关器件用大功率自关断器件IGCT(integrated gate commutated thyristor)代替,从而将变流桥路的失控时间由半个周期缩短至检测电路的延时时间以内,可显著减小直流电抗器的电感量,将占限流器体积、重量、成本主要部分的直流电抗器缩小到原来的1/9.6。分单相短路、两相短路、三相短路3种情况对基于IGCT的短路故障限流器及其控制策略进行了仿真研究,仿真结果证明了所提出的故障限流器及其控制策略的有效性和实用性。It is proposed that the half-controllable switching elements, namely the SCRs, in bridge type short circuit current limiter, in which bypass inductances are equipped, for three-phase neutral grounded power system are substituted by integrated gate commutated thyristors (IGCTs). This way, the runaway time of the inversion bridge circuit is shortened from half a period to that within the time-delay interval of measuring circuit, thus the inductance of DC reactor can be evidently reduced and it leads to that the volume of DC reactor, which takes the majority of weight and cost of fault current limiter, can be reduced by 1/9.6 times, as a result, weight and volume of fault current limiter (FCL) can greatly descend. The simulation of IGCT based short circuit FCL and its control strategy under different types of faults, i.e., the single phase short circuit, two-phase short circuit and three-phase short circuit, is conducted, simulation results show that the proposed FCL and its control strategy are effective and practicable.
