摘  要:介绍了新型焊管定尺飞锯计算机系统柔性控制、定尺精度的在线调整和可靠性设计。新型定尺飞锯计算机系统采用了完善的技术方案和可靠的程序算法,使定尺飞锯机具有良好的运动性能,大大减小了因锯车运动造成的机械冲击和机械磨损,实现了锯车的柔性运行。同时,该系统采用了完备的自适应算法,适应现场锯车的运行状况,通过适时调整控制方案,既保证了焊管的定尺切割精度,又提高了控制系统的可靠性。It recommends the computer system's flexibility control,the in-line adjustment of fixed length accuracy and reliable design of new type welded pipe fixed length flying saw.The computer system of new type fixed length flying saw adopts perfect technical scheme and reliable program calculation to make the fixed length flying saw with good movement capability,greatly reduce mechanical impact and wearing due to saw movement and realize flexibility operation of saw.Meanwhile,this system adopts perfect self-fit calculation,suit the operation status of site saw by timing adjustment control project both assure the cutting accuracy of fixed length of welded pipe and improve the reliability of control system.
