摘 要:实验以水溶液共聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵-丙烯酰胺-马来酸(DMC/AM/MA)三元共聚物,制得适合封闭循环抄纸条件的两性聚丙烯酰胺(Amphoteric Polyacrylamides,AmPAM),相对分子质量50×10^4左右.合成条件:单体质量分数为20%,反应温度80℃,通氮气10 min,三元引发体系为质量分数0.075%的过硫酸铵、亚硫酸氢钠和引发剂A,介质pH=4.5~5,保温搅拌反应4 h.在封闭循环条件下分别加入自制AmPAM、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和进口AmPAM,进行抄片,并对抄片进行物检;分析结果表明,自制AmPAM在封闭循环条件下抄纸增强效果明显优于CPAM,达到进口同类产品水平.A novel amphoteric polyacrylamide with a relative molecular weight of 500 000, which performed well in closed papermaking system, was synthesized by co-polymerization of DMC, AM and MA in water solution. The optimized monomer consistency, reaction temperature, N2 charging time, mass fraction of initiator, pH value and reaction time were 20%, 80 ℃, 10 rain, 0.075%, 4.5 -5.5, and 4 h respectively. Further application experiments in a simulated closed system showed that the performance of the synthesized amphoteric polyacrylamide as a dry strength agent was similar to that of a imported amphoteric polyacrylamide, which was superior to that of a commercial cationic polyacrylamide.
