苯醌类试剂用于测定多巴酚丁胺的研究

摘　　要：研究了多巴酚丁胺与对苯醌和四氯苯醌间的荷移反应。多巴酚丁胺与对苯醌和四氯苯醌间的反应均在乙醇介质中进行。络合物的最大吸收波长分别为５００ｎｍ和４７２ｎｍ；表观摩尔吸光系数分别为１．８１×１０４Ｌｍｏｌ－１ｃｍ－１和４．２２×１０４Ｌｍｏｌ－１ｃｍ－１。用拟定的方法测定多巴酚丁胺制剂含量。The charge transfer interactions of dobutamine with p benzoquinone and chloranil were investigated in ethanol medium, the reactions of Dobutamine with p benzoquinone and chloranil are complete. The products have maximum absorption at 500 nm and 472 nm, respectively. The apparent molar absorptivities are 1.81×10 4 for p penzoquinone and 4.22×10 4 for chloranil. The method proposed on the basis of the above results was applied to the determination of Dobutamine injection and the results were satisfatory.
