摘　　要：以武汉理工大学图书馆为例,先从运作模式、学科馆员年终考核要点两方面介绍了如何建立学科馆员制度,从学科馆员年度工作实施及完成情况方面,陈述了推行学科馆员制度的必要性和可行性,并探讨了学科馆员在具体服务方面需进一步完善的地方。Taking the library of Wuhan University of Technology as the example, this paper probes into how to establish the subject librarian system from the operation mode of the subject librarian system and the annual assessment points of the subject librarians, expounds the feasibility and necessity of promoting the subject librarian system, and points out some suggestions on perfecting the concrete services of the subject librarians.
