摘　　要：阐述了开放式基金的特点及其在我国的发展,分析了开放式基金在我国发展中存在的风险,并提出了一些化解和防范开放式基金风险的策略。This paper expounds the characters of the open fund and its development in our country, analyzes the risks existing in the development of the open fund in our country, and puts forward some strategies for solving and preventing the risks of the open fund.
