摘　　要：在充分分析、研究导弹武器系统构成的基础上,通过构建导弹质量评估指标体系,应用层次分析法与德尔菲法确定权重系数,建立了加乘混合评估模型。论文成果有明显的应用价值,对提高导弹武器装备质量管理能力有显著推动作用。Through building an index system for evaluating missile armament＇s quality,a commixed evaluation model with addition ＆ multiplication is well established in this paperby using the AHP and Delphi analytical method, which based on sufficient analyse and studyon the constitute of the missile armament＇s system. This paper has visible application value for military purpose, it has an obvious promotion for improving the capability of administrat-ing missile armament＇s quality.
