湿润烧伤膏与磺胺嘧啶银糊治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较湿润烧伤膏与磺胺嘧啶银糊治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效和抑菌作用。方法75例深Ⅱ度烧伤病人随机分为两组,一组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,另一组用磺胺嘧啶银糊。观察两组的止痛效果、抑菌效果、创面愈合时间及瘢痕发生率。结果深Ⅱ度烧伤使用湿润烧伤膏止痛效果优于磺胺嘧啶银糊,创面愈合时间和瘢痕发生率与后者相似,但抑菌作用较差。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效并不比磺胺嘧啶银优,应慎重选用。Objection To compare the efficacy between moist exposed burn ointment and silver sulfediazine in the treatment of deep Ⅱ durn wound. Methods Seventy and five patients suffered from deep Ⅱ burn were randomly divided into two groups, and moist exposed burn ointment and silver sulfadiazine were used as topic agents respectively. Their efficacy were observed and compared. Results The moist exposed burn ointment was compared with silver sulfndiazine and found to be not significantly different in healing time and sear formarion, and was inferior to the latter in beetefiostatie property. The only advantage of moist exposed burn ointment was its better analgesic effect. Conclusions The efficacy of moist exposed burn ointment is not significantly different from that of silver sulfndiazine in treatment deep Ⅱ burn wounds.
