探索B超导向肾穿刺活检术在临床诊疗效果中的分析

摘　　要：目的总结探索肾穿活检的技术,协助提高各种肾病的诊疗效果。方法对来我院诊疗的部分肾病患者,使用美国LOGIQ400型B超导向定位进行肾脏组织穿刺,观察临床病理诊断和治疗效果。结果288例肾穿活检术观察对象患者,男186例,女102例,1次2针穿刺成功284例,占98.61%,1次3针穿刺成功4例,占1.39%;肾周血肿5例,肉眼血尿3例;病理诊断纠正临床误诊、漏诊患者132例,占45.38%。以慢性肾小球肾炎、肾病综合征病例(含Ⅰ、Ⅱ型)三种病误诊、漏诊患者95例为最多,占误诊、漏诊病例的71.96%。结论B超导向肾穿活检技术快捷、安全、并发症少,能协助临床研究、诊断疾病,提高效疗。Obiective to summarize and evaluate the renal biopsy technique, which help increasing the diagnoses of the nephmpathy. Methods Renal biopsy guided by B mode ultrasound （American LOGIQ400） was performed in 288 patients with nephropathy in our hospital, then estimated the pathological diagnoses and curative effect. Results 288 patients with nephropathy were enrolled in our study, 186 male and 102 female. 284 sampies were successfully performed by 3 needle once, and the successful rate was 13.9%. Pcrirenal haematomas occurred in 5 samples and gross hematuria in 3 samples. The clinical diagnoses of 132 samdes were corrected by thy pathology, and thy rate was 45.38%. Conclusions Rend biopsy guided by B mode ultrasound can provide a rapid and safe way with less complication. It can assist to clinical researches and diagnoses, which may enhance thy curative effect and increase thy social benefit. So it is thy preferred examination nowadays.
