摘　　要：本文从社会资本微观、中观和宏观三个层面分析了我国农村社会资本的现状及其在农村非正规金融运行中的作用,农村社会资本的变化及其对农村非正规金融运行的影响。The current situation of China’s rural social capital and its effects on the operation of rural informal finance is analyzed at micro, meso and macro levels. The conclusions are: the rural informal finance is endogentic; both the parties in the informal finance pursue maximum personal rewards, and the interest rates of the informal finance implicitly reflect both the parties’ future obligations and expectations. The capital of the informal finance flows so far mainly among friends (or at least acquaintances; with the structural changes of in rural networks, the capital flow is likely to expand its sphere
