摘　　要：不同经济发展水平地区农户借贷的行为特征有所不同。本文通过对安徽省1000个农户的抽样调查数据分析发现,民间借贷在农户借贷中占有绝对比重并呈不断上升之势,农户借贷用途大部分用于非生产性用途。文章针对性地提出了促进传统农区农村金融健康发展的若干政策建议。The authors made a sampled survey in Anhui Province and collected data from 1,000 farm households. It has been evident that the people-to-people borrowings account for an overwhelming majority and this trend keeps going up. Main part of the money borrowed went to non-productive uses. Some policy recommendations are made to lead the rural finance to a sound way of development
