摘　　要：讨论了在P89C51RD单片机上扩展USB接口的方法.介绍了USB的相关技术标准.详细描述了P89C51RD单片机与USBN9603的接口原理,给出了硬件原理图并介绍了固件程序与设备驱动程序软件的编制过程.廉价的51单片机具备了USB接口,其应用范围将更加广泛.This paper discusses a method of expanding USB interface on the P89C51RD single chip computer series, introduces USB technology standard, and detailedly describes the interface theory of P89C51RDMCU and USBN9603. A hardware theory drawing is given. Besides, it introduces the process of programming about firm device and device drive. Equipped with the USB interface, the cheap 51 mcu will have more extensive application.
