TC-W3高档水冷二冲程汽油机油润滑性评定技术的研究

摘　　要：水冷二冲程汽油机油主要应用于水上作业的舷外机(摩托艇)等动力机械,高档的水冷二冲程汽油机油既要具有环境友好的清净性,又要具备优秀的润滑性,才能保证其可靠性。结合国际上的有关标准,建立了与NMMA等效的TC-W3水冷二冲程汽油机润滑油发动机台架评定装置,进行了高档水冷汽油机油(TC-W3级)的润滑性评定试验。结果表明,该润滑性评定装置运行稳定,具有良好的区分性,试验手段科学,试验数据准确可靠。Water-cooled two-stroke gasoline engine oils were mainly used in outboard marines （also called motorboat）. The high-grade oils are required to have not only better detergency for friendly environment, but also the excellent lubricating quality to ensure their reliability. Here were introduced the evaluating techniques and a set of equipment developed by authors according to the advanced technology and standards in the world. Some experiments on water- cooled two stroke gasoline engine oils（TC-W3 grade）were carried out. The results showed that the set of equipment run stably with the feature of good scientific in test method, data reliability and distinguishable capability.
