摘 要:采用沉积-沉淀法制备了甲醇白热重整制氢Au—NiO/TiO2催化剂,并用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、能量色散X射线能谱对Au—NiO/TiO2催化剂进行了表征。表征结果显示,NiO可以改善载体TiO2粒子的分散度,使Au颗粒的粒径减小,Au颗粒的粒径主要分布在2~3nm;Au的负载量(质量分数)为1.63%左右。同时考察了反应温度和n(O2):n(CH3OH)对Au—NiO/TiO2催化剂催化甲醇自热重罄制氢反应活性的影响。实验结果表明,当汽化温度为90℃、反应温度为200℃、n(02):n(CH3OH)为0.30时,Au~NiO/TiO2催化剂的活性最佳,甲醇转化率和CO2选择性较高,CO含量较低。Production of hydrogen via methanol autothermal reforming on Au-NiO/TiO2 catalyst, prepared by deposition-precipitation, was studied. The catalyst was characterized by means of XRD, TEM and energy dispersion X-ray spectrum (EDS). NiO in the catalyst could improve dispersion of TiO2 particles and decrease particle size of Au. Au particles were highly dispersed on support, Their mean particle size was 2 -3 nm. Loading amount( mass fraction)of Au was 1.63%. Effects of reaction temperatures and n(O2) : n(CH3OH) ratio on autothermal reforming of methanol were investigated. The catalyst exhibited high methanol conversion, high carbon dioxide selectivity and low content of carbon monoxide in outlet at boiloff temperature of 90 ℃ and reaction temperature 200 ℃, When n( O2 ): n(CH3OH) in feedstock was 0. 30, Au-NiO/TiO2 catalyst showed good activity.
