摘 要:以聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)为研究对象,探讨了紫外光照射法和化学溶胀法预处理对固相接枝体系的影响。适当的紫外光照射时间和照射强度可提高PP-g-MAH的接枝率。化学溶胀剂的种类和预处理条件对接枝率有影响:采用甲苯为化学溶胀剂时,PP-g-MAH的接枝率是未处理时的4.9倍;预处理温度为100℃,预处理时间为10min时,PP-g-MAH的接枝率较高。对PP预处理不会改变它的晶体结构,但能降低其结晶度。The polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride object on the purpose of exploring the influence of the (PP-g-MAH) in solid phase was taken as research pretreatment methods such as ultraviolet irradiation and chemical swelling on the solid graft system. An appropriate time and intensity of ultraviolet irradiation could raise graft ratio of PP-g-MAH. The variety of chemical swellant and pretreatment condition also influence the graft ratio to a certain extent. In the case of taking toluene as swellant, the graft ratio of PP-g-MAH increased by a factor of 4.9 compared with the untreated one. graft ratio when it was pretreated at temperature of 100℃ for PP-g-MAH reached its comparatively high 10 minutes. The pretreatment procedures did not affect the crystal structure of PP, but indeed reduced its crystallinity.
