隧道建设进度延迟的机理分析及其对策

摘　　要：根据隧道施工的现实需求,结合实际隧道工程项目,介绍了Ishikawa法,并将其引入隧道进度管理,对该工程项目的进度延迟进行了原因分析,针对性地从渗漏水控制、激励机制以及组织管理等方面提出了相应的对策,从而有效地解决了隧道项目施工中的进度延迟问题。According to the actual demand, Ishikawa method is introduced and adhibited to tunnel scheduling managemerit integrated with the actual tunnel project and the schedule delay is analyzed. In this paper, are put forward from the aspects of controlling the leakage of water, prompting mechanism and the organization and management to effectively deal with the problem of scheduling delay in the process of tunnel construction.
