摘 要:研究了ZnO压敏陶瓷粉料预处理对坯体致密度的影响。结果表明:在湿法球磨中加入适量高分子表面活性剂PVA(1%~3%粉料质量),当球磨时间小于30h时,高分子表面活性剂PVA未起重要作用;当球磨时间大于30h时,高分子表面活性剂PVA不仅起助磨、防止颗粒团聚作用,而且使粉料颗粒形貌趋于近球形;当球磨40h时,施以单向180MPa的压力干压成型,得到致密度4.45g/cm^3的ZnO压敏陶瓷坯体。Effect of ZnO powder pre-treatment on green density was studied. The results show that PVA did not make full effect before milling 30 h and after milling 30 h, the particles not only were favorable to being milled and prevented from aqqlomeration, but also the particles shape resulted to sphericity by adding to proper PVA(1% -3% powder weight) in the wet milling. At wet milling 40 h and adding to PVA, the green density of ceramic varistors reached to 4.45 g/cm^3 by using drying press molding under uniaxial pressing at pressures of 180 MPa.
