摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒诊断盆腔淤血综合征的特点及分级。方法:应用经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像技术观察子宫、卵巢静脉有无扩张及血流表现。结果:42例盆腔淤血综合征患者轻度6例,中度23例,重度13例。结论:彩色多普勒超声具有检查简便易行,安全、无创,可重复操作的优点,可清晰显示静脉淤血的严重程度、波及范围,并可进行分级。Objective To discuss the character of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） for diagnosis of Pelvic Congestion Syndrome. Methods We used transvaginal color Doppler sonography （TVCDS） to observe the imaging of uterus vein and ovary vein. Results All the 42 cases, 6 were longitudinal, 23 were medium and 13 were weightily. Conclusion CDFI is the safety and handy examination method in the diagnosis of Pelvic Congestion syndrome and can clear show the degree and bound of pelvic congestion.
