摘　　要：目的:探讨颅脑外科患者因院内感染造成的经济损失。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对患者进行病例对照研究。结果:感染组平均住院天数比对照组延长了5.6d,统计学比较两组差异有显著性,P<0.01。感染组平均医疗费用比对照组增加7174元。费用增加最多的为药品费。不同感染部位费用增加最多的为下呼吸道感染。结论:颅脑外科院内感染造成的经济损失是巨大的。Objective To explore the economic loss caused by nosocomial infection in craniocerbral deparment. Methods The patients were investigated by retrospective case-control method. Results The duration in hospital of each patient in infected group was 5.6 d, longer than that of controlone, the diffevence was significant, P〈0.01. The meancost of each patient in infected group was 7 174 yuan, more than that of control one. The expenses were usually increased in medicine. The cost for management of low respkatory infection was the highest. Conclusion The economic loss to N1 in craniocerebral department are significant.
