国产α-羟丁酸脱氢酶试剂的评价

摘　　要：目的:评价并引进贝克曼原装α羟丁酸脱氢酶(αHBDH)的国产替代测定方法。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪对αHBDH的国产测定方法进行临床化学检验的方法学评价。结果:该法有良好的线性关系:两种含αHBDH高、低标本,批内、批间CV分别为6.2%、6.9%和4.9%、5.4%;与原装测定方法有良好的相关关系:该法不受溶血、脂血、高胆红素的影响,P>0.05。结论:该法稳定、可靠、与原装试剂相关性良好,可以替代原装进口试剂。Objective To appraise and introduce the domestically produced α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase （ HBDH） kit to substitute the beckman original reagent. Methods Use the automatic biochemistry analyzer to carry on the chinical chemistry appraisal on the domestically produced α-HBDH reagent. Results This method has the good linear relations;the intro-assay CVs and inter-assay CVs of two kinds of specimen contain α-HBDH be high and low were 6. 20%, 6.9% and 4.9%, 5.4% respectively, there is a good correlation between the beckman original reagent and domestically produced regent. There are no significantly different results of α-HBDH concentration in the serum with high TG, Hb, bilirubin level in this method. P〉0.05. Conclusion This method is stable reliable corelational with the original reagent, may substitute the original import reagent.
