摘　　要：用实验方法研究了Ｃｕ－Ｐｄ系中的Ｃｕ－１６．６７Ｐｄ和Ｃｕ－３７．５Ｐｄ合金的性能与结构，发现合金性能反常。在长时间热处理后形成四方晶体的Ｃｕ５Ｐｄ有序化合物及体心立方β相，但未证实Ｃｕ５Ｐｄ３的存在。The techniques of the deteiminations of resistance,hardness,thermal analysis,TEM and X-ray have been utilited in investigating the properties and structures of Cu-16.67Pd and Cu-37.5 Pd alloys.It is discovered that CuPd alloys are of abnormal properties.A Cu5Pd ordered compound with a tetragon structure was formed after heat treatment for a long time and Cu-37.5Pd was transformed into b-c-cphase.The existence of CuPd compound was not vertified by the present work.
