摘　　要：研究了用电焊堆焊法制造双金属复合剪刃的工艺技术，以废旧3Cr2W8V钢整体剪刃为基体，在刃口处堆焊耐热合金，使其使用寿命比3Cr2W8V钢整体剪刃提高10倍。A new process,the build-up electric welding to make dual metal composite scissors,is investigated in this paper. With used 3Cr2W8V steel scissors as the base, by weld-depositing heat resistant alloy on the edges of the scissors,the service life of the new scissors will be increased 10 times than that made of 3Cr2W8V.
