互联网的特征及其引发青少年犯罪的思考

摘　　要：互联网的传播性和开放性、隐蔽性、虚拟性、全球性以及互联网信息的瞬间性和易逝性等特征,在很大程度上影响着青少年的价值观、人生观、世界观的形成,使青少年的人格和人际交往出现严重障碍,道德意识减弱,政治观念淡化,导致青少年网络违法犯罪行为增多。网络引发青少年犯罪的原因,主要是青少年识别能力弱,法制教育缺位,自控能力低。有效防范网络引发的青少年犯罪,应加强网络管理工作,重点放在对青少年的教育和引导上,尤其是要加强法制教育。The characteristics of internet, such as spread, opening, disguise, fictitious, global, and the moment and fragile character of Internet＇s information, etc., assault teenagers＇ forming of values, philosophy and world view to a great extent, and make personality and human communication of teenagers appear serious obstacle, morals consciousness weaken, the political idea dim and network crime of teenagers increase. The reason of teenagers＇ crime caused by network mainly includes that teenagers have weak discriminating ability, legal education is omission and serf-control ability is low. So, strengthen the work of network management, the focal point should be put on teenagers＇ education and guide, especially strengthen the legal education.
