摘　　要：本文提出武汉新区之人文新区的建设目标应该是生态环境优美、历史传统深厚、科技创新活跃、多元文化融合、人文关怀浓厚、人民生活和谐安康的现代制造业与旅游基地,成为武汉市最具活力的经济增长地区之一。This paper gives us a description of the construction target, the major construction and construction method of human community. We try to make Wuhan one of the most well - developed economic growth area with the beautiful ecosystem environment , deep history tradition, active technology innovation, fusion of muhicuhure, strong human concern, and the base of modern manufacturing indu stry and tourism.
