中药头发干洗液在卧床病人头发护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药头发干洗剂的临床效果；简化现行床上洗头护理操作步骤，节约时间，增加病人舒适感。方法选择住院病人286例，应用我院研制的中药头发干洗剂为卧床病人做床上洗头。结果病人头发清洁状况改善，无污垢，头痒消失，无异味，发质光泽。结论中药头发干洗剂，除具有省时省力，无需水冲特点外，更具有养发护发、益气固表、止汗、去污止痒、芳香醒目功效。Objective Research the clinical effect on Chinese medicine dry - clean detergent, simplify the operation methods of the current hair - dean, increase comfort for the lie - in - bed patients and save time.Methods Make use of the Chinese medicine dry - clean detergent made by our Academy for the selected 286 samples. Results The hair- clean condition of the patients is improved without dirty, itch and peculiar smell. The hair become bright. Conclusions This Chinese medicine dry- clean detergent has the characters of saving time, labor and no- water cleaning, furthermore, it has the functions of nursing hair, inner body adjusting, stop sweat, clean dirty and itch, fresh eye and fragrant smell.
