摘　　要：图书馆文化是继承和传播科学和知识的文化。本文借鉴了企业文化,从四个方面提出了为什么要建立图书馆文化,介绍了图书馆文化的内涵和构成要素,指出了全新的图书馆文化对图书馆所产生的作用。Library culture is a kind of culture that focuses on inheriting and spreading the science and knowledge. Using the enterprise culture for reference, This paper first introduces why to establish the new Library culture, and then introduce the connotation and its factors, expounds the function of establishing the library culture at last.
