摘 要:检测了一种改进型RCM铸态中锰球铁磨球的组织和性能,提出了材质强韧化的措施,生产试验表明;采用Cu-Cr微量合金化并配合随流孕育变质处理,磨球的洛氏硬度保持在HRC45-55,而冲击韧性可高达心α_K10-20J/cm^2,成功地解决了此类合金韧性不足易破碎的问题。The structures and mechanical properties of an improved RCM grinding ball of as-cast med-Mn ductile iron have been examined. The measures to improve the toughness of the material have been proposed. The productive experimental results show that the grinding ball, which was microalloyed with Cu-Cr and treated by metal stream inoculation. It is obvious that the toughness of the alloy has been improved significantly.
