铌还原法制备新型电解电容器阳极材料低价铌氧化物工艺研究

摘  要:对铌还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物工艺进行了研究。采用玛瑙研磨混料-还原焙烧-过筛工艺制备了低价铌氧化物粉末,用正交试验法及方差分析对工艺条件进行了优化,用XRD、SEM测试方法对产物物相、微观形貌进行了研究;按与钽电解电容器相似的工艺将低价铌氧化物粉末制成了阳极,并采用电解电容器阳极测试方法对其电性能进行了研究。结果表明,铌还原Nb2O5工艺制备的低价铌氧化物具有优良的电性能,比容达到69 500μF.V/g、损耗≤11.25%、漏电流(K值)≤1.8×10-4μA/(μF.V),其电性能指标优于FTa16—300电容器钽粉国家标准(GB/T 3136—1995)。Study is made of the preparation of niobium suboxide by Nb reduction. Niobium Suboxide powder is prepared by agate grinding and mixing-reduction roasting-screening. The process were further optimized through orthogonal experiments and variance analysis. Physical and microscopic examination of the product is made through XRD and SEM. Niobium suboxide anode is prepared with method similar to that for tantalum electrolytic capacitor and its electric property is investigated by electrolytic capacitor anode testing. The results show that niobium suboxide prepared by Nb reduction of Nb2O5 has good electric property with specific capacity 69 500 μF · V/g,loss 11.25 %, leakage current (value of K) ≤ 1.8 × 10.4μA/(μF · V), which are better than those of the Chinese national standard (GB/T 3136-- 1995) for FTal 6-- 300 tantalum powder for capacitor.
