摘　　要：骨髓间充质干细胞主要存在于骨髓中并保持干细胞的多项分化潜能,因其在一定条件下在体内外可分化为骨、软骨,加之细胞本身的特性,已经被应用于治疗如创伤、风湿性疾病引起的骨、软骨的破坏。骨髓间充质干细胞还有着外源基因易导入的特点,其通过特定外源基因修饰而达到更好的治疗效果,在未来临床中将有着广泛的应用价值。Mesenchymal stem cells mostly exist in bone marrrow and have the function of multipotential differentiation. Mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate bone＇ and cartilage tissues under some circumstances and have some special characters, so mesenchymal stem cells have been applied to treat the bone and cartilage tissues destruction that caused by some diseases such as woundes and rheumatic diseases. Otherwise, mesenchymal stem cells can be modified by some exogenous gene and achieve positive effects, so mesenchymal stem cells would be applied widely in clinical in the future.
