摘　　要：高血压易导致血栓性疾病,目前认为与高血压存在血栓前状态有关,高血压血栓前状态主要表现在:血管内皮细胞损伤,血小板和白细胞被激活,凝血活性亢进,纤溶因子含量减少,血液黏度增高。研究高血压血栓前状态对于预防高血压血栓性疾病具有重要意义。Now it is believed that hypertension tends to cause thrombotic disease, which is related to prethrombotic state existed in hypertension. The main manifestation of this state includes lesion of vascular endothelial cell, activation of leucocyte and platelet, hyperfunction of coagulatlon,diminution of fibrolysis fators, accretion of boold viscosity. It is of great significance to study the prethrombotic state of hypertension for prophylaxis of hypertension-thrombetic disease.
