摘  要:以PET薄膜为基材,用丙烯酸氨基树脂作保护层涂料制得了金银丝。研究了保护涂层厚度对金银丝耐酸碱蒸煮、耐有机溶剂、耐摩擦和柔韧性等性能的影响,实验结果表明涂层的最佳厚度为1.0μm左右。In this paper, the performance of the different thickness metallic yarns covered with acrylate amino resin protecting coat on PET film was tested, and the influence of the thickness of protecting coat to the performance of the metallic yarns, such as acid- base digestion - resistance, organosolvent resistance, decolourization resistance, friction resistance, flexibility and so on, was discovered. The test showed that its solvent, friction and decolourization resistance were increased with the coating thickness increased but the in flexibility was decreased, and the acid-base digestion was increased but decreased when the metallic yarns with the coating thickness increased was stretched 1.1 times of its length especially at the coating thicknes was more than 1.2 μm. So the best coating chickness was 1.0 μm.
