摘  要:The application of TLC scan technique using digital camera combining with image-processing software to the determination of Deoxyschizandrin in Schisandra Sphenanthers Rehd et Wils was investigated. The content of Deoxyschizandrin was determined to be 0.58% by the image-processing method,with an error less than 5% in comparison with the result ot 0.61% gained by CAMAG TLC SCANNER method.The average recovery rate of the two methods were 108.3% and 100.3% with corresponding RSD 5.1%,2.1%(n=3),espectively.Meanwhile,the extraction method was improved.Based on these results,the TLC quantitative analysis method using digital image-processing technique was proposed, which was easy to apply widely with convenient operation,economical equipment and good stability.The application of TLC scan technique using digital camera combining with image- processing software to the determination of Deoxyschizandrin in Schisandra Spbenanthers Rehd et Wils was investigated.
