摘　　要：随着军事通信技术的飞速发展，通信电子战面临着前所未有的挑战，通信电子战目标选择问题也越来越复杂。主要研究论述了通信电子战目标选择面临的问题、原则、方法和程序，对进一步研究具有重要的借鉴意义。With the development of communication technology, communication EW meets the unexpected challenge. The selection of Communication EW target becomes more and more complex. This paper describes the question, the principle, the measure and the process of the selection of Communication EW target. It is very important for us to further study.
