摘　　要：[目的]探讨细针吸取细胞病理学(FNAC)检查对猫抓病诊断的价值及细胞病理学特点。[方法]回顾37例猫抓病的FNAC资料,并与其中21例行手术活检的病理结果进行比较。[结果]FNAC对猫抓病的定性准确率为94%,其细胞病理学特点主要表现为肉芽肿并脓肿样改变。13例患者FNAC和手术活检均诊断为猫抓病。[结论]FNAC对猫抓病的诊断准确率高,细胞病理学特点明确,利于减少不必要的手术活检。[Purpose] To study the value of fine needle aspiration cytopathology（FNAC） in the diagnosis of cat scratch disease （CSD） and its cytopathologic features. [Methods] FNAC in 37 cases with cat scratch disease was analyzed retrospectively, and compared with biopsy samples in 21 cases of them. [Results] The diagnostic accuracy of FNAC for cat scratch disease was 94%. The major cytological features of CSD were granuloma associated with abscess-like change. Thirteen cases were diagnosed as cat scratch disease by both FNAC and biopsy. [Conclusions ] FNAC with specific cytologic features has high accuracy for diagosis of CSD. Biopsy may be omitted with FNAC.
