摘　　要：杆状病毒是鳞翅目昆虫的重要病原微生物,在重要农业害虫的生物防治中具有很大的应用前景。同时,杆状病毒—昆虫细胞表达系统是一类重要的真核表达系统,现已成为目前基因工程四大表达系统之一。另外,杆状病毒是非复制型载体,能高效表达目的蛋白,其作为基因转移载体在基因治疗中已显示出良好的应用前景。文中综述了杆状病毒在以上方面应用的最新进展。Baculoviruses are arthropod specific viruses that have long been used as biological agents to control the insects attacking crop plants, They are also the key components of insect-baculovirus expression system （BEVS）, which has been one of the four main expression systems in gene engineering. Additionally, baculovirus has been a new gene transfer vector used in gene therapy due to its ridvantages of the extremely high expression of foreign genes and being non-reproduce vector. The advances in application of Baculoviruses are reviewed in this paper.
