摘　　要：综述了近年来红豆杉细胞培养生产紫杉醇的研究进展,重点介绍了红豆杉细胞培养中细胞株筛选、糖分、植物生长调节物质以及前体饲喂、添加诱导子等对提高紫杉醇产量的影响,为探索大规模细胞培养生产紫杉醇的最适条件提供了理论依据。The recent research progress on production of taxol by taxus cell culture was reviewed in this paper, including metabolic regulation in taxus cell cultures, effects of sugar and plant growth hormones on enhancing taxol yield. Effects of addition of precursors, elicitors and inhibitors on taxol production were mainly reviewed, which provided theoretical envidenee for optimal conditions of producing taxol and cell culture in a large scale.
