摘 要:用改进的普通乳液聚合法合成了m(聚合物)∶m(乳化剂)>25∶1,粒径35.6 nm、多分散性0.133的纯丙微乳液[1]。本文用框图的方式,揭示了改进的普通乳液聚合法合成乳化剂用量小、固含量高的纯丙纳米乳液的机理。表明:在种子聚合阶段,要控制反应温度、单体滴加速度使得自由基生成速率高于乳胶粒生长速率和新核生成速率;在外层单体加入阶段,要控制补加乳剂的量使体系中乳化剂浓度在临界胶束浓度以下。all-acrylate microlatex with m (polymer) :m( emulsifier) 〉 25:1, particle size 35.6nm, polydispersity of particle size 0. 133 was prepared by modified ordinary emulsion polymerization. The mechanism of reaction was showed by method of sketch map. It were showed that the temperature and the adding-monomer rate must be controlled so that the rate of free-radical producing faster than that of microlatex developing and new seed producing in seed polymerization; The rate of adding emulisifier must be controlled to under the concentration of critical cell concentration.
