摘　　要：第39届AIPPI国际大会对非常规商标注册这一议题进行了热烈的讨论,旨在倡导各国商标局允许非常规商标获得注册。该制度一旦实施,将对我国和其他一些发展中国家在商标利益上产生深远的影响。因此在阐述非常规商标注册的原因和背景的前提下,结合其他国家和地区的立法经验,来分析非常规商标法律保护的可行性,进而提出我国应对这一挑战的建议是非常必要的。The 39th AIPPI international conference has carried on the warm discussion on registration of non-conventional trademarks, aiming at advocating making the non-conventional trademarks get the registration in the trademark offices of various countries. Once this system is operated, it will exert a farreaching influence on the benefit of the trademark to our country and some other developing countries. This text have made statements on the background and causes of the registration of the non-conventional trademarks, and combine these with foreign and region legislative experiences, analyzing the feasibility of law protect to non-conventional, so as to propose some suggestions for our country to meet such challenges.
