摘　　要：大型船舶分段件金属表面喷砂处理时可产生大量落地砂和扬尘,严重破坏了厂房内工况环境,直接影响厂房的正常使用,即时、快速、连续清除地面落地砂,并进行分类处理,净化厂房空间,降低厂房空间场尘浓度,是实现喷砂厂房高效、连续、洁净、文明生产的关键。大连新船重工集团根据船舶建造不断发展的需要,2002年投巨资新建了2间大型分段件喷砂厂房,在新建的喷砂厂房内采用了当今世界上最先进的砂尘处理新工艺之一,使喷砂产生的落地砂和扬尘得到即时、有效处理,新建喷砂厂房通过3年多的实际使用证明:喷砂厂房砂尘处理新工艺,设计科学、合理、技术先进,效果明显,新工艺为我国各超大型企业厂房内砂尘,烟尘及其他高浓度污染物的清除,环境治理,空气净化,提供了很好的成功经验。When sandblasting treatment is couducted on the medtal surface of segmented components of large vessels, there will be large quantity sand dust falling on the land, which can damange the work environment seriously in the workshop and influence the normal use of the workshop directly. Thus, it is crucial to remove the sand falling on the ground immediately, quickly and consistently for treatment as per their categories, purify the snad falling on the ground immediately, quickly and consistently for treatment as per their categories, purify the space of the workshop and reduce pollutant density in the space of the workshop so as to realize high-efficient,consistent, tidy and orderly production. According the continuous development requirements of shipbuilding, Dalian New Shipbuilding Heavy Indusry Co. , Ltd. invested a great amount of fund to establish two large sandblasting workshop for segmented components in 2002, in wicth most advanced technology design in the world was adopted in order to remove the sand falling on the ground and dust raised in the sandblasting course immediately and effectively. Through three year＇ s actual application, the new technology for dust treatment used in the sandblasting workshop proves to be scientific and reasonable in design, advanced in technology and obvious in effect,which provides good and successful experiences for super-large enterprises to remove the sand, dust and highdensity pollutants in the workshop, improve the environment and purify the air.
