摘 要:采用上流式分段污泥床(upflow staged sludge bed)反应器对聚酯废水进行了预处理试验研究.反应器内厌氧污泥经过近70 d的培养驯化后,用于处理聚酯废水.当进水COD值为800~2000 mg/L,HRT约为16~20 h时,其COD去除率基本能稳定在50%~55%之间;聚酯废水经预处理后,其BOD5/COD值由原来的0.3左右提高到约为0.6,取得了较好的预处理效果.但系统的总产气量由培养期的约13 L/d降至0.8 L/d左右,其中甲烷气体的含量也由50%下降至约6%.A laboratory study was conducted on the pretreatment of polyester manufacturing wastewater by a anaerobic reactor--USSB reactor. The sludge in the reactor had been cultivated and domesticated for 70 days, then was used to treat polyester manufacturing wastewater. The COD removal efficiency of this system could reach 50% -55% with influent COD and HRT varies during 800 -2000 mg/L and 16 -20 h respectively. Moreover, the value of BOD5/COD of polyester manufacturing wastewater was increased from about 0.3 to about 0. 6 after the pretreatment. The reactor had a good effect of pretreatment. During the pretreatment of polyester manufacturing wastewater, the full gas production capacity of this system was decreased to about 0. 8 L/d from about 13.0 L/d at the end of the cultivated phase. Furthermore, the content of methane in the total gas was also dropped from 50% to about 6%.
