摘 要:研究了高温氧化物超导体Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ体系中通氧时间对超导转变温度及超导转变温区的影响。Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ样品是按相等摩尔数的Gd与Y元素配比,采用传统的固相反应法烧结而成的多晶块材。实验结果显示:Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品与YBa2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品均具有很好的单相性,在一定的通氧条件下其超导临界转变温度TC与超导初始转变温度TCO值相对YBa2Cu3O7-δ烧结样品有提高。文中对此结果进行了讨论。We reported the experimental resuhs about the superconducting critical temperature Tc and initial transit temperature Tco of Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ sintered bulk affected by oxygen content. The sample of Y0.5Gd0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ were prepared by standard solid state reaction methods with half part of Y3^+ in YBa2Cu3O7-δ were substituted by Gd^3+ formed a new structure. The experimental results shows that, compared with YBa2Cu3O7-δ, there is a good improvement in the Tc of the Y0.5 Gd0.5 Ba2 Cu3 O7-δ sample which were annealed under oxygen flow at 500 ℃ more than 30 hours, but not in the ones which were annealed under oxygen flow at 500 ℃ for less than 30 hours.
