摘　　要：文章从分析一稿多投现象产生的根源及社会背景入手,重新审视一稿多投现象。通过建立“编辑与作者三次通讯”模式,有效地解决了一稿多投带来的不良后果,从根本上防止和避免了一稿多发现象的发生。The paper reviews the phenomenom of ＂one article snbmitted to more than one magazine＂ from its source and social background, ＂The model of＂ three communications between editors and writers can effectively solve the problem and basically avoid the bad result of ＂one article for more than one publication＂.
